I'd mulligan.Archer and Hunter? I'd need to do far better than that in the early game; Hunter ain't protecting anything, and Archer's too susceptible to Forged Activation Orders to think I could push Breaking News in time to rez it.
If this is my post-mulligan hand, I'd pray to God my beginning draw gives me a decent ICE. Otherwise, all I'd do is place Breaking News, advance twice, score. That way, next turn I could take a credit, install Archer on HQ (giving up one turn so I can rez that monster early), and... well, action 3, if not taking another credit, would depend on what I drew. Next priority will be ICEing R&D, then getting a lightly ICEd server to put Melange in; eventually Hedge Fund from Melange profits, installing whatever ICE I could to set up a decent Agenda server.
