I'm usually the guy that encourages people to tone down the competition and play friendly outside of bonafide tournament situations. But for NR, I think it's entirely reasonable to keep your final spread secret. Hidden information isn't just part of the game, it practically is the game. As another poster noted, it feels a little cheap to get that information "for free" at the end of the game. Keeping your secrets seems very much in the spirit of the game.I wouldn't feel a player was "hostile" for asking me to reveal my final cards, and I might even agree to do so. But I'd hate to be considered hostile for declining and wanting to keep my secrets if that's the mood I was in. That doesn't seem fair.
But then I rarely play anything online, so it's pretty much a moot point for me. Just my two cents...
