I don't really care about an established "meta" right now. The game is in its infancy and is thirsty for more cards/strategies.
Is it though? As the card pool increases, and especially in tournaments, you are less able to predict what will be in your opponent's deck. I can see this leading to mediocre deckbuilding that tries to have answers for everything but not accomplishing much, or focused decks that (have to?) ignore what's going on across the table. What I mean by this is that it will become harder for the runner to do a heck of a lot.
This is especially a concern if Netrunner LCG DOESN'T work like Magic where cards rotate out. If we look at LotR as a model, two years from now we'll have 640 brand new cards. Assuming equal distribution across faction/neutral means 71 new cards for each. While this will add much variety to the game in terms of strategy and deck building, the actual play of the game may suffer. Time will tell.
