Only 1x Breaking News with 2x Scorched Earth doesn't make much sense. Breaking News works so good with Scorched Earth especially with scored Astroscripts. Astroscripts is easily one of the best agendas in game so that should be 3x.I am not fan of snares with NBN. NBN doesn't usually have credits for them in not optimal situation and they usually only cause very lucky wins but that depends how your meta goes. Also you have already Scorched Earth to punish tags so I don't see point of Psychographics.
I feel NBN really needs Archieved Memories to recycle trashed sansan and other stuff. Just put sansan unrezzed and rez it if u get Astroscirpt in hand or other agendas if u have Astroscript counters. Runner might trash unrezzed sansan but that is a big plus also.
