It's sad but simple that any deck not running a Scorched Earth was limiting options. It's such a frequent situation where the runner has few cards and a tag.

That said, I never fell prey to it for two reasons:
1) Never ending a turn with a tag
2) Decoy (Crash Space was worse, FileAccess was right)
