Sure does. Histograms updated.
Jinteki pretty much exclusively wins through flatline, and a large proportion of these wins occur within the first 12 turn-pairs.
I am going to stick my neck out there and say I do not think there is any way a runner can flatline against Jinteki in the first 12 turns, without being incredibly careless / inexperienced. This leads me to conclude that Jinteki is simply not a good faction against experienced players (currently).
Note, the same is not true for Weyland and NBN scorched earth approach. Both of these factions can just happen to draw a nut hand on turn 1, and there's nothing you can do about it as the runner.
