First, I assume that the Corporation can put unlimited pieces of Ice down to protect a Server. If so, what's to prevent the corporation from creating a very expensive server to access and then start putting agendas there? What if anything is the basic Ice strategy? Also it seems that with enough credits the runner can break through pretty much anything with Crypsis.

You really need to play the game. But I'll answer this shortly, since there are probably other people thinking the same thing.

1) The corp has to protect: R&D, Archives, HQ and remote servers. Stacking ice on one remote is not only costly it also leaves the other servers unprotected. Do you have any idea what a runner can do with straight access to R&D or HQ?

2) You actually need to draw all that ice.

3) You actually need to be able to afford to rez all that ice.

4) Crypsis takes 'forever' to load up, unless you are willing to sacrifice after breaking a few pieces of ice. Tip: You probably aren't.

5) In order for the runner to get 'enough credits' he needs a ridiculously efficient bit engine. That leaves time for the corp to set up better defenses.

For iterations sake: Whatever you think is going to happen after reading the rules, most likely isn't what is going to happen once the game gets under way.

Happy hunting
